Berry Pools overview
A Berry Pool will be a structured post launch fundraiser. A creator will lock part of their token supply into an immutable smart contract, set a target market cap, a deadline, and a bonus for investors, then investors will deposit ETH or USDG at a fixed price below the target market cap. If a pool matures successfully, tokens will distribute to investors and a permanent liquidity position will be created on Uniswap V4.
Berry Pools lifecycle
Deployed
The pool contract is created on Robinhood Chain with all parameters locked at deployment. No parameter can be changed after deployment.
In Season
In Season will be the deposit window for an active pool. Investors will deposit funds and receive non transferable Pool Tokens, which are receipt tokens that track each investor's share of the pool.
Cooldown
Cooldown will be the waiting window that starts once the target market cap is hit and the pool has met its minimum fill, which defaults to 60% of the total raise. The creator will set the cooldown between 1 hour and 24 hours, and investors will still be able to withdraw during this period.
Harvested or Wilted
Harvest will mean the pool completes successfully after cooldown. Wilt will mean the pool fails to meet its conditions by the deadline. After cooldown, if minimum fill is still met, tokens will distribute to investors, 50% of the raised funds will become a permanent Uniswap V4 LP paired with the token, and the other 50% will go to the creator. If conditions are not met by the deadline, ETH will be refunded to investors and the supply will return to the creator, minus a small protocol fee.
